Pupils from the Academy will present a concert of opera, oratorio, art songs and ballads.
All profits from this concert will be used as fundraising for St Columba's URC.
Wine and soft drinks will be available during the interval.
York Singing Academy have produced some lovely concerts in 2023, during which we have raised money for the DEC Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal, St Leonard's Hospice, The Snappy Trust, and the British Heart Foundation with our support at the Michael De Costa memorial concert.
We are busy planning our 2024 concert performances, where we will be performing in more venues, including St Columba's URC Church on Priory Street, York, and the beautiful Howden Minster. If you have a church/village hall or other venue that you would like us to perform, please do get in touch.
